RETURNS: We almost never have requests to return an item. However,we will accept a return within 10 days of the purchase date. Your item must be returned in the original box in new or unused condition (no scratches). You must call and make arrangements for the return of your item before you send it.There will be a 20% restocking fee. Postage is the customers responsibility- a $10 mailing charge will apply to the new product.

REFUNDS: We will refund your purchase price,but not the shipping.You will be refunded as soon as we receive your approved return.

RINGS: Because our custom rings are made to your size and specifically for your order,we are unable to take them back for a refund,unless there is some kind of manufacturing defect.Be certain the ring you order is the one you want. Please see your local jeweler to size your finger before you order,don't quess your finger size.

REPAIRS: Yes we will repair our jewelry for Free if there was a defect or something wasn't made right.However,if the jewelry was broken by misuse or damaged in any other way,there will be a repair charge. Customer will pay for all shipping costs.
